One of our partners, Scott Kowalski, is a long-time member of the Board of Directors for Associated Builders & Contractors - Virginia Chapter. ABC-VA and Associated General Contractors - Virginia Chapter (AGC-VA) have collaborated to address the significant shortfall in construction industry personnel at all levels.
The associations issued the following statement: "ABC-VA and AGC-VA are proud to introduce the Build Your Future Virginia website (https://virginia.byf.org/). BYF Virginia is our statewide construction industry alliance effort to educate our youth, parents, guidance counselors and the general public on the outstanding opportunities the construction industry has to offer in Virginia."
